I use it to remote into clients and fix things, but also to switch screens and show them something on my screen perhaps too (like the next development item in Testing, for example).

Somehow the issue has been resolved. I did upgrade to TeamViewer 11 recently. Not sure if that was the fix or not? So glad the upgrade price was a few hundred instead of the $1000 they initially wanted. :-)
