Ah. Yeah, not so easy to get some users to ask for help when they can't figure out how to get what they want... And then you have other users who want you to do their work for them.

Oh I've had error reporting built into my apps since 2003!!! It's the "process errors" that happen but are fine as far as the app is concerned.  THOSE are the ones you cannot program for.
