Really? This seems counter-intuitive. Standing and wobbling reduces
fatigue. I mean, I WANT to believe - it seems like it would be healthier than sitting, if you can get the desk to work out . How long have you been using one?
I have one of those 48" Varidesk contraptions so I can shift between sitting and standing positions. I go in cycles ... standing for a few months ... and then sitting for a few months. The standing part takes some time to get used to. Don't go from 0 to 12 hours your first day. I also wear compression leggings when I'm going to be standing for long periods of time. Not sexy ... (definitely not sexy) but they do make a difference. The wobbling prevents your legs/knees from stiffening up.
