I'm confused. Mopier mode by definition is a "mode that computer printers may be switched on to that only allows them to print one copy of a document at a time." (https://www.reference.com/technology/mopier-mode-eeb403e4593478b4). So why are users expecting to be able to print multiple copies in the first place???
If your users are on Windows 10 and need to disable mopier mode, there are 17-step instructions at http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2795563/disable-mopier-mode-windows.htm l. There are also 8-step directions for other operating systems.

Since the beginning of the month we have been getting phone calls from customers with large copiers that are setup as network printers (or networked all -in-one business class printers). They are no longer able to print multiple copies to the copier using our old Crystal Reports 8.5. It appears each collated report is sent to the printer as a separate print job. Sometime, the printer will print 2 out of 10 copies. Many times, it only prints the 1st copy.
If one does not collate, all the pages seem to print.
I'm able to reproduce this behavior in house on the Dell B3465dnf Laser MFP.
The only workaround we have been able to find, Save the report as a PDF (or print it to a PDF printer). Then preview the report in the PDF viewer and print it from there.
I don't see this behavior in another product that is using the FoxyPreviewer. The product that uses Crystal Reports has over 200 reports, and some 20 of the are crosstab reports. A few of the are very complicated with multiple sub-reports. I do not see this being converted to VFP reports to run in FoxyPreviewer.
More just getting this information out to others. But if someone has some useful thoughts, I'll happily listen.
Thank you, Tracy
