What are you using for the VM - VirtualBox?

I'm using VMWare Fusion Pro. When I started virtualizing development systems in 2007, most other products weren't ready. They either required a lot of fiddling around or weren't cross-platform (VMWare supports Mac, Windows and bare-bone with ESXi). I didn't want to spend time getting my system to work instead of doing billable work.
