Great blog post! I was fortunate enough a couple of years ago when my broker suggested that we get into some nVidia stock well before the 10 for 1 split. While I'm not yet willing to depend on AI, I am willing to ride the stock bubble a while longer!
Just for the record, I've found a couple of places where AI has been useful: 1) generating graphic images to promote my weekly radio show and 2) having AI rewrite paragraphs that I've written, but don't feel like I've really captured the essence of what I was trying to say. Still looking for a programming need to give AI a try. Glad it helped you find and fix the problem with the archive!
Thanks for all you do for the group!

The problems over the last couple of days with restoring the messages that were missing weren't as simple as I imagined they would have been to solve. Getting the messages was straightforward enough (thanks to everyone who helped!), but getting them into the database was more involved than I imagined. The difficulty was the result of one post by a certain member who shall remain nameless (hint: his initials are RK!). Fortunately I got the solution by consulting with Perplexity AI, and it inspired me to write a blog post:
