[NF] Macrium Reflect - CRC Error

I am trying to take an image of the system drive on my wife's laptop using Macrium Reflect. The process fails with an error message saying that it cannot read from disc due to a CRC error. I've run ChkDsk with no errors - can anyone recommend another disc checking utility that might flag up the cause of the error?
