I take it back. Maybe I have a small clue. Most, if not all of Thor's configurations, are table driven. Chances are that URL is buried somewhere in there. Jim does seem to still answer questions over in the Google group for Thor although he has indicated he is semi-retired.
He's a smart cookie. I'm sure it's meta-data somewhere; I'm sure he didn't hard code anything.
