Actually, the company buying LassPass, Francisco Partners, is an investor in or owner of the following companies: Bomgar, Legal Zoom, Comodo, LogMeIn, SonicWall, WatchGuard and many more.
I think I'm going to wait and see what they do with LassPass before jumping. I almost jumped when LogMeIn bought the company and doubled the subscription, but the service was still good for the price. It's up to Francisco Partners next move right now.
