The two biggest complaints I heard back in the day when I was soliciting Fox work was "We couldn't find anybody!" or "We couldn't find anybody _qualified_ to do the work."
I interviewed a guy for a C# job today (2nd interview). He had 10+ years of Fox experience on his CV and was still using it in his last place.
