Actually, for the time we were there, it only rained a short while,
and
usually cleared up within an hour!
Cabby (taxi) driver said the UK is going off diesel fuel soon and
then
off
petrol some time in later years after that. They've already got a
planned
schedule for that. Europe is so much far ahead of the US in terms
of
recycling and environmental smarts and action, imo. What a
wonderful
(better) world (at least in terms of air quality) there should be
when
that
day comes. Oh, and of the few folks we asked about Brexit, none of
them
think it's a good idea.
Would love to hear your comments on that for those in the UK now.
