Problem with bbControls and MFC70.DLL

Hi all

I am trying to install a couple of Bela Bodec's ActiveX controls but the OCXs fail to load - "Unable to load OCX!"

I know that MFC70.DLL is required and I have a copy which came with the controls but I am not sure what to do with it:

Which place(s) should I copy it to (I am running Win 10) and will I need to register it with REGSVR32? I have already tried to run REGSVR32 against MFC70.DLL in its present location but that also fails ("The module MFC70.DLL failed to load").
