Disappearing Debug Window

Gentlemen, Suddenly my VFP debug window seems to have disappeared for no apparent reason. I can load an "administrator" version of VFP and can open the Debugger no problem but can't seem to find the window in the standard running of VFP. I can't even see the window if I issue "activate window debug" which is strange indeed.... I have tried all the obvious fixes like removing foxuser*.* and also resetting VFP from the command line vfp9 -a as well as vfp9 /regserver to no avail as well as setting step on to force the debug window to show but it really is being obstinate here Any ideas? --- StripMime Report -- processed MIME parts --- multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html ---

[NF] To upgrade or not (to Win10 from Win7)

As of today, I've got 1 machine (which I backup frequently for disaster recovery reasons). I should probably buy a 2nd machine, and I'm guessing that would have Win10 by default (fresh from the start; not an upgrade) and then I could have both Win7 and Win10 in which to test things, but perhaps I should just let Windows upgrade itself to Win10 since it's free? Decisions, decisions....what would you do? I'm guessing "just buy the 2nd machine for a better long-term plan" (due to hardware life expectancy). tia, --Mike

I have FoxyPreviewer.app v299z30 and want to tinker with it. However, the toolbar in the project in Source looks nothing like the toolbar displayed in the app. Any ideas anyone? win10 VFP9 debug

Hi gang I seem to be having problems with VFP9 (fully updated) debug. I think this has been a problem before but at the moment I find it often does not stop on a break point and I have to revert to set step on. Or the other way, it stops at placed I have no break point on. I have one debug I'm checking now and it stops twice during a scan which is fairly large and bloody annoying as I have to clear the break points to get it going again and lose the break point I want. Seems this time saver is taking more time than without. Does anyone else have this issue? Set moan off Al

Having checked the archive this morning: I don't subscribe to profox, only profox-tech, and I have not received any emails from that list since January 8. I have received those SENT on Jan 8 to the other leafe.com lists to which I subscribe, but I didn't start getting those until Jan 12. I use Roadrunner email (Time-Warner Cable). All spam filtering is turned off in the webmail, because I use a fat client on my computer to access email. The spam folder on the webmail server is empty, and always is whenever I check it. The messages are not running afoul of the user-configurable filtering mechanism at Roadrunner. Whether it's something Roadrunner does before messages get to user mail accounts, I don't know.
