Looking for VFP Work - OR...

...literally almost ANY Kind of work! I know there really is NOT much call for VFP programmers these days - as we know it's been kind of Dead for years now. I have on occasions seen VFP jobs on Dice.com - although that site tends to be a bit Dicey. Even occasionally something on Indeed.com - but, again - few and far between. Will admit - I've got a little skills in Python - but, I've really only Dabbled. So, generally, not even enough Python under my belt to get a paid gig. I'm also very much open to other types of work, including Remote work. Additionally - I have experience in doing Tech Support (which I did at Northrop-Grumman) - which was general computer tech support. As well as doing Tech support within the 3D Printing industry. I also did teaching at the college level for 10 years in NYC, which can in theory translate to corp. training type work gigs. If anyone wants to view my resume - feel free to reach out directly to me - and I will pass it over to you. In the meantime, I'm seriously struggling to survive - with no actual income. I've even applied to 2 jobs at Lowe's hardware stores - 1 at each of 2 different stores - and got rejected from both jobs. I think they felt I was Way Over Qualified. MAGI ERP & FoxPro...

I thought I have heard of this MAGI ERP thing maybe here in the ProFox forum at one point. But, I just did a bit of a search and couldn't really find anything. Am I wrong about this? An Interesting Online VFP Resource..

Hey there folks, Figured some of you might find this interesting! Recently I had done a couple posting replies to Two different FoxPro groups on LinkedIn (and actually saw a couple responses from folks in this forum). And, this one guy on there - he went to view my profile - and, so, I decided to reach out and connect with him and message him. I even let him know a little of my own VFP background (starting w/Foxbase+ & also attending Fox conf. where FP for DOS was unveiled) - and he sent me this link to a resource webpage he created: https://www.homecont.ro/Istoria-Foxpro-win32-API-documentatie-wiki-resurse-… Now, yeah - the dude is from Romania - so it initially comes up in a very different language. ChilkatVFP Version 1.41 released

Folks, This release is a bug fix version of the 1.40 release. https://github.com/billand88/ChilkatVFP 1) Chilkat Events can be set again. The rest is "other stuff"... 2) An additional CallBack*.PRG was added in 1.40, but never called. Fixed. 3) Secrets class added to the list of Chilkat objects that can have an event handler. 4) Removed the three deprecated properties/methods from the BaseChilkat class. Went through the framework to remove all references. At least two classes (One of them HTTPRequest) couldn't instantiate in version 1.40 without this fix. 5) Added m. (m dot) prefixes to the BaseEventHandler class and subclasses. 6) Other random fixes. Support for new two dot notation [10.1.0] and three dot notation [9.5.0.62] Support for OLE prefix "Chilkat_9_5_0" and new prefix "Chilkat" Added new Secrets class released in Chilkat version 10.1.0 Support for Chilkat class retirement New Versioning class to support version format changes. Changed all internal source code to support the new versioning style.
