Base64 to JPEG

Hi all I need to write a Base64 string (extracted from an HTML file with embedded images) to a JPEG file on disk. There are plenty of online tools to do this but I need to do it VFP. Any ideas? Thanks Paul Newton

Greetings all... My boss just sent this out so rather than retyping it, I'll just quote what he said: "our software is client/server, MS SQL, and 100% on-premise with government clients. I have been working with a company called Wizmo that is offering to host our software, file structure, and databases. ODBC Connection Disconnecting

Hey all, I've written an app that uploads a bunch of data to an Informix db via ODBC. It works great, albeit slowly as there are thousands of files and each file has hundreds of records to upload. Mostly it works great and I can leave it running unattended for hours, but periodically the ODBC connection seems to get lost, leaving a dialog on the screen asking me to confirm the ODBC settings. Hitting [Enter] make it continue along happily. I've checked "sleep" settings, set the network card to "never power down," checked the router's error logs for any glitches, but can't find a smoking gun why this happens. Any help thinking this through would be appreciated. I'm not even sure how to trap for the error when I'm issuing the SQLExec(), because it's not like it comes back with an Error - it just throws up that dialog. Now that I'm talking this through - I wonder if putting it in "Server Mode" (sys(2335)) when I'm running the SQLExec() *would* cause it to throw an error instead - one that I can RETRY. Using Office Automation - Excel (2016), SaveAs to overwrite existing file without prompt

Players: VFPSP2, Win10 Pro, existing Excel 2016 XLSX file I'm using automation coding to open an exisitng Excel file, write to it, and then save it as the same name. How can I force that without the system asking me to confirm? What's the SET SAFETY OFF equivalent? My HWP Tamar Granor/Ted Roche book is at home so hoping to get a tip before the work day is over. Here's my line of coding saving it: this.oExcel.ActiveWorkBook.SaveAs(ADDBS(this.cPath)+this.cFile) (Did the Office automation book get released into the public domain like Hackers Guide and Stonefield Database Toolkit did yet?) tia, --Mike
