I’d like to get an idea as to how many people are relying on web update to update their Dabo code. The reason is that I’m thinking of retiring the server that handles web update, and wanted to make sure that it isn’t going to be too impactful.
I’ve looked through the logs, and it seems that there are very few hits to the web update API. So unless there is some strong case for continuing to support web update, I think it’s time to get rid of the service.
