[ADMIN] Upgraded servers

I upgraded my servers from Ubuntu 14.04LTS to 16.04LTS today, and while it seemed as though everything went smoothly, there’s always the chance that something didn’t update properly. If you see anything odd, please let me know off-list. Thanks! -- Ed Leafe
